About the Founder

Rucha Chamaria

Rucha Chamaria is a 10th grade student of the Dubai International Academy who is a champion of the arts: be it fine art, or the art of entrepreneurship. A wearer of multiple hats, she enjoys academic pursuits in mathematics and business theory, as well as creatively expressing herself through flower arrangement and drawing on canvas. Rucha is also an ardent admirer of Indian traditions of art and music: she is a trained Indian classical singer and HandiheART is her attempt at cultivating a global reach for Indian folk art and handicrafts.
